Shake It Off: Sayuntis 2015

Last November 10, 2015, the PGH OB OPD was once again filled with energy as the sisses of the Mu Sigma Phi Sorority led its annual Sayuntis: Sayaw ng mga Buntis for the expectant mothers to shake off their stress while waiting and to dance their way to a healthier body.

In celebration of Mu Sigma Phi Sorority’s Service Month, the women of MSPS namely Sis Gladz Facun, μΣΦ ‘11, Sis Mikki Miranda, μΣΦ‘16, Sis Joan Lampac, μΣΦ ‘17, Sis Ances Mulles, μΣΦ ‘18, Sis Abby Ocampo, μΣΦ ‘18, Sis Gina Valera, μΣΦ ‘19, and Sis Maxine Sta. Maria, μΣΦ ’19 assisted in the Public Health Lecture on Nutrition and Pregnancy by DZUP at the UP Campus Barangay Hall Center last November 7, 2015.

Bantay Day 2015

Last November 4, 2015, the Mu Sigma Phi Sorority held Bantay Day at the Bantay-Antayan, PGH. This is the first activity of this year's Service Month and was held in appreciation of the watchers who are on their toes almost 24/7 to attend to the needs of their relatives confined at the PGH. All in all, it was a very good start for Mu's Service Month. 

Service Month Opening 2015

Kicking off the Service Month of the Mu Sigma Phi Fraternity and Sorority, the brods and sisses gathered for the Opening Exhibit at the PGH Lobby today at noon. After a lively introduction by hosts Earl Carino, ΜΣϕ ’18 and Ances Mulles, μΣϕ ’18, sis Faye Cagayan μΣϕ ’93 warmly welcomed the crowd through her remarks about the Service pillar. Sis Faye Cagayan and Lorenzo de Guzman, ΜΣϕ ’18, then proceeded to the much awaited ribbon-cutting that unveiled the exhibit. 

Cervix-O: Free Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening and Awareness 2015

The Mu Sigma Phi Sorority visited the women of Montalban, Rizal for its first leg of the Mu Health Caravan this school year entitled “Cervix-O: Free Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening and Awareness Program” on September 27, 2015. This leg was headed by Sis Erickah Dy μΣΦ 2018, Sis Johna Mandac μΣΦ 2018 and Sis Justine Presinede Batch μΣΦ 2019.
