The first medical sorority in the Philippines and in Asia.
An unbroken line of over a thousand lady doctors from the University of the Philippines Manila.
Last April 2017, the Mu Sigma Phi Sorority held Bantay Day at the Bantay-Antayan, PGH. The event started with an opening prayer from Sis Pauline Olpoc, μΣΦ 2020 and was followed by an ice breaker game facilitated by Sis Dan Concepcion μΣΦ 2020 where the role of dancing in shaking off stress was portrayed. The lively hosts of the event were Sis Ja Dela Cruz μΣΦ 2020 and Sis Yas Salces μΣΦ 2020. Sis Jess Rosete μΣΦ 2017 and Sis Faye Cagayan μΣΦ 1993, also facilitated a lecture called ABaKaDa, the ABCs of stress management --life hacks and tips that the bantays can use to combat stress during the most challenging times of their lives. The audience was then invited to dance off their stress away. Food and drinks were also served. Sis Anne Asis, μΣΦ 2019 ended the night with her closing remarks. Bantay Day is one of the yearly activities of this year's Service Month and was held in appreciation of the watchers who are on their toes almost 24/7 to attend to the needs of their relatives confined at the PGH. All in all, it was a very good start for Mu's Service Month.
