Last December 9, 2017, the Mu Sigma Phi Sorority participated in “Lunas sa Karamdaman (Libreng Gamutan)” - a medical, optical, and dental mission for the Dumagat community, conducted by Kilusang Pagbabago and Donate Philippines, in partnership with other NGOs and institutions. The health mission was a province-wide event conducted at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology - Gabaldon Campus, Nueva Ecija, wherein over a thousand patients were given free medical consultation and the prescribed medicines. Sisses Dr. Marianne Naria-Maritana µΣΦ ‘14, Jessa Cadacio µΣΦ ‘19, Gina Valera µΣΦ ‘19, Janine Dela Cruz µΣΦ ‘20, Alexis Dinopol µΣΦ ‘20, Paula Marfori µΣΦ ‘20, Yasmin Salces µΣΦ ‘20, Rabbiah Dispo µΣΦ ‘21 and Kate Regala µΣΦ ‘21 were among the volunteers present to help out in the event.
