Tree Lighting Ceremony 2016

By • 3 January 2017

The Mu Sigma Phi Sorority has once again brightened up the lobby of the Philippine General Hospital with its annual Tree-lighting ceremony. The hosts of the ceremony were Sis Kaka Bulong µΣΦ ’19 and Sis Bits Pascual µΣΦ ’19. The Dean of the UP College of Medicine, Sis Agnes Mejia µΣΦ ’77, gave a short but very inspiring message about the celebration of Christmas in the Sorority. After which, the main event took place: the lighting up of the Christmas tree designed specially by the sisses. The award-winning UP Med Choir then sang beautiful yuletide hymns which truly had the spectators of the event in awe. Sis Anne Asis µΣΦ ’19 capped of the event by acknowledging the sisses, the patients, employees, and bantays in PGH who took part in this fantastic event. All for the Glory!
